  • Strategic Development: Led multiple initiatives advancing a range of Rx-to-OTC switches, including ACNU exploration for a first-in-class switch; claims and labeling development for new indications across multiple clients; and development of business plans and sales forecasts for early-stage switch opportunities
  • Regulatory Switch Program Development: Assessed precedent switches to build benefit-risk profiles to inform switch strategy; Developed clinical program cost and timing plans, including probability-of-success analyses, to enable business decisions
  • Pre-Investigational New Drug (pIND) Support: Delivered end-to-end pIND support (i.e., IND number acquisition, Drug Facts label development, FDA briefing books, etc.) to secure FDA feedback on proposed switch development programs on 4 potential Rx-to-OTC switches
